Younger sibling era homes

Published 29 June, 1956... I was going to wait until closer to the publish day, but couldn't contain my excitement with this super cute sketch found recently.

At this point in the neighborhood history, 20 years after ground breaking in 1936, it's tricky to come across found items as the entity that was Meadowbrook Inc essentially dissolved after architect and president George E. T. Wells passed in 1947, and so different builders had their go at promoting their construction separately, or in this case with the help of a realtor, along with showcasing their talents but to a new generation with different demands and new tastes in home building and architecture preferences.

And this photo was taken in July 1956, so these properties with addresses in the listing I would assume, while not "triplets" per se, carry enough builder DNA to be siblings.
